Description
The quaternary pump G1311A comprises a solvent cabinet, a vacuum degasser and a four-channel gradient pump. The four-channel gradient pump comprises a high-speed proportioning valve and a pump assembly. It provides gradient generation by low pressure mixing. Degassing is a must for a low-pressure gradient system therefore the Agilent 1200 Series vacuum degasser is part of the quaternary pump system. A solvent cabinet provides enough space for four one-liter bottles. An active seal wash (optional) is available when the quaternary pump is used with concentrated buffer solutions.
